How to modify baseline createdate with DXL ?

Hi, 

When i wanted to modify the baseline CreateDate like operate  others Attribute,But, I foundn't the function with set Date use DXL,and unknown how to change string to date type yet.

so, now, if anyboby know it , please tell me .
